The CPS Summer School will run from Monday 23th until Friday 27th. For full details about the program, please take a look below.

• • Monday 23th – CPS Fundamentals and Workshop – The first day will lay the foundations of the CPS both from the scientific and industrial point of view thanks to the keynotes given by Nikil Dutt and Nuria de Lama. The keynote talks will be followed by the CPS Workshop.

• • Tuesday 24th – Architectures for CPS – It includes a keynote from Luca Carloni, on hardware architectures on embedded systems and a practical Tutorial on self-adaptation in Cyber-Physical Systems in the context of the CERBERO H2020 EU Project. The Beach Note given by Alberto Sangiovanni-Vincentelli will conclude the day.

• • Wednesday 25th –  Modelling and Programming – It includes a keynote from Jeronimo Castrillon on the methods and tools for programming complex systems and a practical Tutorial on the technologies developed in the context of the ALOHA H2020 EU Project.

• • Thursday 26th – CPS Requirements – It includes a keynote from Luigia Carlucci Aiello on ethical aspects of CPSs. Then, the keynotes from Davide Ariu and Armando Tacchella will focus on safety/security critical aspects in the implementation of complex systems. The talk from Michele Comenale Pinto on the legal aspects behind driveless cars will conclude the working day.

• Friday 27th – Creative Lab – It is a work-oriented environment meant to promote the exchange of ideas between Phd students with the spirit of creating a new business culture. During the day, participants are going to develop innovative ideas and projects.
